Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund - Destination Ride Party
April 6th 5-8 PM, Pedal Power Middletown
Join us for our first in person JDRF Ride Rally since 2019! Our gracious friends at Pedal Power in Middletown CT will be hosting the event! Come check out the shop, chat with coaching partners, meet our local chapter Ride coach, Jean, as well as JDRF staff and other riders!
We also have a very exciting guest speaker, Pat McFeeley! Pat and his wife, Shauna, became involved with JDRF in 1999, shortly after their twin daughters, Ashley and Madison, were diagnosed with T1D at ages one and two. Working to help chapters across the country has always been Pat’s most effective role within JDRF. Pat and Shauna were awarded the JDRF Volunteer of the Year Award in May 2006. Pat served on the JDRF International Board of Directors from July 2007 until June 2013 and again in 2015 and 2016. He is also a member of the Speaker’s Bureau and JDRF Ride Leadership.
Come learn about our exciting in person rides this year, JDRF, and enjoy food, beer & wine, and good company!
